HOW TO ORDER MERCHANDISE:

YOUR ORDER OR INQUIRY IS VERY IMPORTANT.

JAXPAGE.COM WILL RESPOND PROMPTLY TO YOUR ORDER OR INQUIRY.

So, first, send me an email (jackw45@pacbell.net) and state which items you are interested in. Let me know which list(s) your selected item(s) come from. I'll do a stock check to confirm that the items are still available. I'll need to know your country of residence, in order to quote your shipping cost. Don't make any payment until you receive your invoice. All quotes, correspondence, and notifications from jaxpage.com will come via email. As the order process goes along, You will receive an email from me to ackknowledge payment, and then another email to provide you with actual date shipped, inlcuding tracking number if applicable. I'll do my part promptly through every step of the process.

Money Order or Cashier Check also accepted (Personal checks are NOT accepted)

SHIPPING POLICY AND RATES:

For most record orders, I generally use the less expensive USPS media mail rate.

(If you want it faster, other rates are available - please inquire).

MEDIA RATES:

45 RPM records, up to a quantity of 6 records: $4

78 RPM records, up to a quantity of 6 records: $4

For greater than 4 items, shipping cost will reflect an incremental charge. It won't be that much more unless you are ordering a large batch of records. Regardless of order quantity, large or small, I will quote you the price in advance of payment. For International orders, I do ship to the United Kingdom and a few other countries, usually via USPS First Class International rate. I have decades of experience in packaging and shipping phonograph records - your order will be protectively packed and labelled. Postage pricing is based on estimated size & weight of your total packed order, except for flat rate packages. I will use a flat rate USPS box where that makes sense. jaxpage.com is an experienced shipper that cares about the protection of your purchased items.

I do not offer postal insurance. In the rare case of any shipping issue, we can work it out between ourselves.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE:

FREQUENCY OF SHIPPING DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC: I make one consolidated run to the Post Office per week (Usually every Wednesday). I do my best to include your order on the current weekly run, depending on the day I receive your payment. It is BEST if you can make your payment on any day Thursday through Monday. NOTE: If I receive your payment on a Tuesday or especially a Wednesday, I will likely not have time to include your shipment until the following weekly cycle. For example, if I receive your payment on Wednesday, September 2, your shipment would occur on Wednesday, September 9.
